New Director of Children's Ministries for St. Anne's Church

We are thrilled to announce a new member of our St. Anne's family! As of May 1st, Connie Saeger-Proctor has joined us as Director of Children's Ministries. She previously served as the Canon for Ministry Development and Children/Youth Ministry for the Diocese of Vermont. Prior to that she was the Director of Youth and Family Ministry at Trinity Cathedral in Easton, Maryland.

Amy Richter says, "I am impressed by Connie's engaging and warm personality and her obvious commitment to helping children grow in their faith. While at Trinity Cathedral in Easton, she helped their program grow from 35 to over 150 active children. As a diocesan staff member in Vermont she has helped many churches improve their programs for children's Christian formation. She also currently works for a very interesting program called Kids4Peace Vermont." Amy was helped in her search by the members of the Director of Children's Ministries Search Advisory Board, Randy Brown, Terri Trauth, and Bob Biddle.

Connie is married to Jim Proctor whose business, Health Enhancement Center, is located in Easton. They are the proud parents of two black rescue labs, Berkeley and Abbey. She says, "I have a passion for working with children and their families and engaging them in their Christian journeys. I am thrilled to be back in the more intimate setting of a faith community able to build relationships. My husband and I are also happy to both be permanently in one place together as he has been commuting back and forth from Easton to Vermont."
