Sine Die, or the end of the session was last Monday. We will inform of one more successful bill and call it done until next Fall. 

The Prescription Drug Affordability Bill (https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Legislation/Details/sb0357?ys=2025RS) enables an appointed board to look at high cost drugs and negotiate upper payment limits for all Marylanders. It takes time to decide which drugs to look at. they have 2 at the moment and are looking at more.  The Diocese through MEPPN testified many times in support of this bill. 

If you have had difficulty or know someone who has had difficulty paying prescription bills, the Board wants to hear.
